Orders

• Each order includes the production of a personalized video and framed display using up to 20 user-submitted photos.

• Payment is required before production begins.

• You can request to change your uploaded photos within 12 hours of submission. After that, we may have already begun crafting your TimeFrame, and changes might not be possible.

• Customers are responsible for uploading their own photos via our form.

Delivery & Returns

• Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days after photo upload.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted, but please contact us if something isn't right — we care about your satisfaction.

Intellectual Property

• Customers retain full rights to their original photos.

• TimeFrame Studio does not store or use your content beyond your order.
